Shipping/Returns
SHIPPING POLICY:
Penn-Lee Footwear offers free shipping in the state of Pennsylvania. We use UPS Standard Ground Service and US Postal Service. Cost for shipping is only $5.00 per pair of shoes in all other states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and we do not ship internationally. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If the shoe is in stock, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. Orders that are placed by 12pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time will ship the next business day.
If the shoe is not in stock, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to receive the shoe from our supplier. Promptly following your order, we will contact our supplier and then contact you with an estimation of the delivery date.
RETURN POLICY:
Penn-Lee Footwear accepts returns and exchanges at our retail location as well as through the mail.
- All new unworn shoes may be returned to Penn-Lee Footwear for a full refund, full credit, or exchange.
- Worn shoes (Defective)
- If the defective shoe is less than 6 months old and has normal wear, we will issue a full refund or 100% store credit towards replacement.
- If a defective shoe is 6 months - 1 year old and has normal wear, we will issue 50% store credit towards replacement.
- If a defective shoe is 6 months - 1 year old and has little wear, we will issue full store credit towards replacement.
- There will be no credit, refund, or exchange on worn out shoes due to work conditions or environment. This means: the shoe upper is cut or burned by accident, or the shoe upper and soles are ruined by exposure to oil, water, gasoline, chemicals, acids, etc.

Please provide a copy of your receipt. If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for any replacement item(s) when bought (in-store) or shipped.
