Penn-Lee offers FREE standard shipping in Continental United States. Please allow extra time for any item that is not currently in stock.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. All returns must have a store receipt and be inside the original packaging in order to receive a full refund.

Any items that have a manufacturer’s defect will be accommodated based on wear. Please return with your proof of purchase.

If your size is not available in our store, we can place a special order as long as the manufacturer has the product in stock. Special orders are complementary with no additional service charges.

Quite simply, there is only one Penn-Lee Footwear. We have been at the same location since 1961, we boast a friendly and knowledgable sales staff, and we adapt to the needs of our customers. You’ll feel at home in our store.

Many people develop physical issues (knee pain, for instance) as a result of ill-fitting footwear. Customers often lack an awareness of what size shoe they should actually be wearing.

A shoe truck comes equipped with a large inventory of safety toe footwear and provides shoe fitting services on-site. Penn-Lee’s mobile shoe truck travels across Pennsylvania to bring quality footwear to manufacturing and warehousing facilities.

Because we believe in doing business the old fashioned way, we do not have an online store configured to sell shoes online. We would prefer to serve you one-on-one and fit you with the proper style and size. However, we CAN take orders by phone with a credit card. Penn Lee offers diabetic footwear covered by Medicare with no out of pocket expense. Diabetic footwear services are offered Monday – Friday by our professional shoe fitters Lauren Zurek and Theresa Tobin.
